Ghosts, Ghouls and Ghostbusters on Ebrington!

Ebrington hosted the city’s first-ever drive-in movie on Hallowe’en night when hundreds of witches, wizards, ghosts and ghouls converged on the vast Parade Ground to enjoy Ghostbusters from the comfort of their cars. The film had been chosen by popular demand after an on-line vote between several family-fun movies. During the intermission everyone watched the city fireworks display which were spectacularly put to music this year.

Organised by Earagail Arts Festival in partnership with the Foyle Film Festival, the event was funded through the Mayoral Programme in association with Ilex. To mark the occasion Ilex produced a colour flier highlighting the history of Ebrington and outlining future plans for the site.
