Interim Chief Executive
Mel Higgins, is Ilex's designated Accounting Officer and is responsible for safeguarding public funds, ensuring propriety and regularity in the handling of those public funds. He leads on the delivery of the company’s corporate and business plans which encompasses the development of Ebrington and Fort George as well as Ilex’s co-ordination roles in the delivery of the One Plan

Director of Strategy and Regeneration Gerard McCleave, responsible for the delivery of Ilex's corporate objective to create and promote a co-ordinated regeneration of the Derry City Council area and facilitate its implementation in co-operation with DSD, OFMdFM, other relevant government departments, Derry City Council, private sector and other interested parties.

   

Director of Finance and Corporate Governance, with responsibility for managing all financial and corporate governance aspects of the company.

Cultural Broker, CaoimhĂ­n Corrigan is responsible for the development of all cultural and culture related projects at Ilex, particularly advancing the physical regeneration of the Ebrington site, the animation and uses for the site, and delivery of critical infrastructure for 2013. This includes the large scale temporary events venue and exhibition space for the 2013 Turner Prize, and the City of Culture infrastructure scheme.
